Welcome to Gabrielle Wicha's Happy Hour Kit instructional videos for September 2020!

This Video is for the cocktail: C.E.R.B

 

 Alcohol: Whiskey or Amber or Dark Rum

Cocktail 1 - Canadian Erable Royal Benefit

Ice

1 1/2 - 2 Oz Amber or Dark Rum or Whiskey

3 Tbsp C.E.R.B. (Apple butter)

Apple Slice Step 1: Add Ice about 1/3 way in a shaker.

Step 2: Add 3 tablespoons of C.E.R.B Apple Butter

Step 3: Add 1 ½ - 2 ounces of either: Amber or Dark rum OR Whiskey.

Step 4: Lock shaker.

Step 5: Shake VIGOROUSLY for about 10 seconds.

Step 6: Dirty Pour into Glass (Should be thick!)

Step 7 - Garnish with Apple Wheel (you can brush the apple slice and remaining apple with lemon juice to prevent browning)

Cocktail 2 – What Thyme is it Anyway?

Ice 1 1/2 Oz Amber or Dark Rum or Whiskey

1 1/4- 1 1/2 Oz What Thyme is it Anyway Syrup

Sparkling Water

Lime Slice or Wheel

 

Step 1 – Add ice cubes to a glass about ¾ the way up

Step 2 – Add about 1 ½- 2 Oz of either: Amber or dark rum OR Whiskey

Step 3 - 1-1 1/2 ounce syrup (to taste)

Step 4 – Add Sparkling Water

Step 5 – Stir from the bottom upwards

Step 6 - Garnish with Lime Slice

Cocktail 3 – Oh My Gourd! (Pumpkin Sour)

Ice 1 1/2 - 2 Oz Amber or Dark Rum or Whiskey

3 Tbsp Oh My Gourd (Pumpkin Butter)

Egg (optional)

Cinnamon and Black Pepper Sugar

 

With Egg

 

Step 1: Add 3 tablespoons of Oh My Gourd Pumpkin Butter to shaker

Step 2: Add Either Egg white or Whole egg (both work) to shaker

Step 3: Add juice from a little less than half a lemon

Step 4: Add 1 ½ - 2 ounces of either: Amber or Dark rum OR Whiskey.

Step 5: Lock shaker.

Step 6: Shake VIGOROUSLY for about 10 seconds.

Step 7: Add Handful of ice to shaker

Step 8: Shake VIGOROUSLY for another 10 or so seconds.

Step 9: Dirty Pour into Glass (Should be thick!)

Step 10: Sprinkle with Peppercorn and Cinnamon Mixture

Enjoy!

 

 

Without Egg

 

Step 1: Add Ice about 1/3 way in a shaker.

Step 2: Add 3 tablespoons of Oh My Gourd Pumpkin Butter

Step 3: Add juice from a little less than half a lemon

Step 4: Add 1 ½ - 2 ounces of either: Amber or Dark rum OR Whiskey.

Step 5: Lock shaker.

Step 6: Shake VIGOROUSLY for about 10 seconds.

Step 7: Dirty Pour into Glass (Should be thick!)

Step 8: Sprinkle with Peppercorn and Cinnamon Mixture

Each kit will include:

3 servings each of 3 different types of cocktail mixes (ingredients for 9 cocktails excluding alcohol*)

1 type of snack

An instructional video on how to make the cocktails loaded with tips and tricks from a professional mixologist.

 

*The kits DO NOT CONTAIN ALCOHOL BY LAW, so each month the kit will center around a different alcohol.

30$/each delivered locally for now.

35$/West Island or off island delivery (Montreal's surrounding areas, ask about your location)
